Our 2021 Exhibition
Uckfield Civic Centre

Following the cancellation of our 2020 show, the Uckfield Model Railway Club will be holding it's next Exhibition
at the Uckfield Civic Centre in October 2021. We will be featuring a selection of some of the best quality layouts around. There will be full
trade support as well as demonstration & society stands.

There will be at least 15 layouts portraying British, American
and Continental prototypes, including standard and narrow gauge practices.
Those invited include layouts to
7mm/ft scale (0-36.75, 0, 0-16.5, 0-14), 1:64 scale (S),
4mm/ft scale (P4, EM, 00, 00-9), 3.5mm/ft scale (H0),
3mm/ft scale (TT), 1:148 scale (British N), 1:160 scale (American N),
and 2mm/ft finescale.

Hot and cold refreshments, including meals at lunchtime, will be available from Luxfords,
the licensed restaurant within the Civic Centre, which has waitress service.
The
Uckfield Civic Centre is a modern building situated in the very centre of the town. The High Street,
featuring shops and places to eat, is only a minutes walk away. The free High Street car park (304 spaces) is adjacent to the venue and
will be signposted from the town's bypass. Tesco, with its own car park, is also next to the venue.
If the free car park is full, the railway station car park (171 spaces) is nearby - cost £3 for up to 24 hours
at the weekend.
The exhibition is all on one level of the Civic Centre which is disabled friendly. Access from the car park is via ramps.
A limited number of periscopes will be available to borrow in return for a modest £5 returnable deposit. Sunday is a quieter day both
in the town and exhibition.
